PTSD TBI Prevalence

This webinar series is a collaboration between VHA and the Danish Ministry of Health. It is designed to facilitate discussion between subject matter experts on the identified topics. Each live virtual knowledge-based training will be a learning opportunity for VHA and Danish healthcare teams on evidenced-based practices for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as well as shared lessons learned from the implementation of primary care mental health integration and expansion of tele- health during COVID-19. It provides clinicians the opportunity to learn from Danish Health experts on how they have addressed pain points on these topics.

Currently, this webinar series supports semi-formal discussions between subject matter experts. This forum allows for the exchange of ideas between countries on several topics that address the social determinants of health, suicide risk (Denmark has low deaths by suicide compared to Europe and America).
